Welcome to Foxylist!

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Foxylist mobile application (the "App"), provided by [Zinovev Sergei] ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

You may use the App only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. By using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations;

• Attempt to access or tamper with the App's infrastructure;

• Use the App in any way that may harm, disrupt, or misuse its intended functionality;

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

Foxylist enables users to create shopping lists, store them locally or in iCloud, and share them with other iCloud users.

1. Use of the App

Foxylist is a personal shopping list manager designed for individual use. You may use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;

• Use the App to infringe upon any intellectual property rights.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Foxylist offers optional subscriptions to unlock premium features:

• Monthly subscription;

• Annual subscription;

• Lifetime access (one-time purchase).

Payments are processed via your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3. Data and Privacy

Foxylist stores all data locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
We do not collect, track, or transmit any personal data to our servers or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
